Paul Jordan Services Limited is a small, London-based decorating business specializing in residential, period and small business property projects which require a personal, considerate approach. We are vetted members of the Painting & Decorating Association, and embrace the required membership criteria regarding quality of work, guarantees, insurance cover, product and project advice, cleanliness and respect for our clients.

Alongside the standard of our work, we pride ourselves on our helpful and thoughtful service, and efforts to accommodate creative ambitions and practical concerns. Project schedules can be structured to make allowance for ongoing domestic life, with care to minimize the extent to which homes and living spaces are disrupted or made inaccessible. We aim to achieve completion within preferred timeframes, and make every effort to do this.

When desired, our creative sensibility and experience enable us to provide advice or input on design, colour scheme or materials, with consideration of budgets, but our focus is to understand the results our clients are seeking and to deliver them wherever possible.

In an effort to ensure the accuracy of projected expense and full understanding of the processes involved, our estimates and potential work schedules are comprehensive. On the rare occasions that projects may require the incurring of additional costs, every effort is made to forewarn this possibility as early as possible and to agree the best way to proceed. We do not like final costs to differ from original estimates.

We take pride in our work. We are personable. We do not shout at each other from the top of scaffolding. We do not broadcast loud pop music to the neighbourhood (though like to have the Test Match commentary or World Service in the background, if you don’t mind). We are considerate of your furniture, carpets and other possessions. We are respectful of your neighbours. We want to impress, and to make you happy. And to be invited back or recommended. The vast majority of our work is through referral, and this is how we like it.
