This deck was not in best shape and needed some serious TLC. Best procedure here was to slough off the loose material with the belt sander, strip using Owatrol Prepdeck, neutralise the exposed wood with Owatrol Net-Rol, apply a deep-soaking wash of thinned MSP paint, touch in all screw heads with a shellac prep and then paint with 2 x coats of Benjamin Moore’s Arborcoat. This was the ultimate resurrection and protection process!
